Favorites not fixed?

Ive bad this app for almost two years now and it had been wonderful until my favorites stopped showing up on the favorites list.
Can we fix this, please??
I was hoping the update would address it but its the same old stuff, just pretty looking.
And now it crashes every time I try to load info for a route from the favorites list.. And I cant reorganize the list without it crashing. And half of my routes dont show up.
Sometimes, to get predictions to appear, I have to click my route and stop, close the app, and then open it back up.
